Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Giftzstop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Defective Products
If you receive a defective item, please refer to our limited product warranty for assistance.

Return and Exchange Guidelines
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the purchase date on your receipt. Requests beyond this timeframe cannot be processed.

For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition—unopened, undamaged, and free from markings.

  • Products sold as sets or multi-packs must be returned in their entirety.

  • Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable are not eligible for returns.

Return Shipping
For online purchases, Giftzstop will cover return shipping costs. This policy does not affect consumer protection rights under applicable laws.

Important Considerations

  • Returned items must be in their original condition. Items showing signs of wear, damage, improper assembly, or missing components may incur additional charges.

  • If the return is due to a product defect, GIFTZSTOP LLC will cover return shipping and waive any restocking fees.

  • For returns due to personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • GIFTZSTOP LLC reserves the right to assess returned items to ensure compliance with policy requirements.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please note:

  • Unauthorized returns will not be refunded, and Giftzstop is not responsible for lost returns.

  • Approved returns will receive a prepaid return label. Follow the provided instructions to return the item in its original packaging, including manuals, accessories, and any bonus items.

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your request. Approval decisions are at GIFTZSTOP LLC ’s discretion.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days and issued to the original payment method.

  • It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
